Communist Party Of Moldavia Mandate #211. - CtahhR - 06-27-2011
Here is a card from 1962 I think. Issued to a P. P. Perbushin identifying him as a delegate to the first congress of the party organisation Novo-Anensk industrial, collective and state farms administration, with the right to vote.
Party organisation stamp 22009.
The production of these cards has left an echo of preceding and latter cards on each side of the card.
