Badge "Master Marine". - CtahhR - 09-01-2011
Here is the "Master Marine" Badge (만능해병). A far less common badge than the usual KPA badges as naval infantry forces take up a TINY percentage (c0.05%) of the armed forces of the DPRK (c5000 personnel out of c9,300,000). The badge is constructed out of plated aluminium and painted. The design features an anchor and Mount Baekdu.

Here is another example named to 조동철 (Jo Dong-Cheol), quite a common Korean name.
