Gents,
This very nice image caught my eye for a couple of reasons: 1) the shoulder boards - which appear to have Tank Troops branch insignia and 2) the collar tabs which, if for a Tank Troops officer, should be black but are not.
I'll defer to the uniform experts to explain this one.

IMO, of course - the tabs on this man's Mundir are a very light shade of black...
