Resistance Against American Aggression Medal. - Taz - 03-10-2012
Order of Resistance against American aggression.
This one has a top bar with red white and blue enamel and gilt flag of Laos, inscribed ‘Resistance’ in Lao characters and dated ‘1955-1973’
I have seen these with the description first and second classes but i am not sure if this is correct.

Sorry, I don't know the Lao name.
There is also a similar medal for resistance against the French, with the dates 1945-1954.
