Has anyone ever come across - Tommy - 07-18-2012 a Labour award, awarded to a Mint worker? That would be a cool piece for the collection! Did this ever happen? Or are there any reasons why it wouldn't have? Cheers guys, Tommy Has anyone ever come across - desantnik - 07-18-2012 Since most labor awards are unresearchable, this would be hard to prove without other supporting documentation. The closest I remember seeing to your question (but it was a long time ago and I don't have the research) was a military award to an administrative officer that mentioned responsibility for issuing military awards in the field. Has anyone ever come across - CtahhR - 07-18-2012 I believe I have seen a ukaz in the last couple of months which was for the mint for productivity. Being displaced and bogged down finding it may not be instant. Has anyone ever come across - Alfred - 07-18-2012 No, I think the problen is to identify the awardee as a mint worker. Because Labour awards have no citation like military awards, were the position of duty is mentioned. But sometimes there may be miracles. regards Andreas |
