Here is a really cool group I bought from PJS recently. I will post both the research on the BM and the OGIII.
The OPW is a 1985 issue. What I am confused about is that I thought that folks awarded the BM or higher were authorized the OPW1, but this is clearly an OPW2, which is named to him.
Also, a nice bonus is the addition of his labor awards. Since the photo was made, I added a VoG medal to go with the document.

Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
While in the defense on 22 October 1944 near Tereksentleiklosh, Comrade Chiabrashvili was assigned the mission to reconnoiter the lead edge of the enemy’s defense. Penetrating to the lead edge while under heavy enemy rifle and machinegun fire, Comrade Chiabrashvili obtained the necessary information about the enemy and captured two prisoners which he delivered to the Division Command Post. Comrade Chiabrashvili displayed valor and bravery while accomplishing his combat mission..
He is deserving of the Order of the Red Star.
