Here is a booklet "Активносту Борчу На Фронте Культурной Революции" (Active Fighter On The Front Of The Cultural Revolution) which was awarded by Tiflis Soviet and Central Trade Union Of Workers Of Education to E. Dzhulabishvili on 1st May 1932.
"За активную работу в деле ликвидации неграмотности и малограмотности и объявления Тифлиса 1 Мая 1932 г. городом сплошной грамотности, Тифсовет и ЦПРП награждает нагрудным значком, званием ударника и активного культармейца на фронте культурной революции."
"For active work in the affairs of liquidating illiteracy and semi literacy and announcements of Tiflis 1st May 1932 city of universal literacy Tifsoviet and Central Trade Union Of Workers Of Education award chest badge and title Shockworker and active cultural army soldier on the front of the cultural revolution"
It would seem there would be a matching Badge but I can find no word of this award anywhere.
