Presidential Decree Database 1917 - 1992 - Tommy - 06-27-2013
Hey Guys,
I just found this whilst trawling the internet for my article.
Законодательство СССР. Библиотека нормативно-правовых актов Союза Советских Социалистицеских Республик. Полное собрание - 20000 документов. Свободный и бесплатный online доступ. СССР.
You may have already seen it, but there's some pretty useful stuff on there.
Cheers,
Tom

Railway uniforms ey?
The M43 was an upgrade if only in one way. They didn't come in white like the earlier ones. Having a field-green tunic is far better than white cotton if shovelling coal or greasing the engine, that's without mentioning that steam engines produce a vast quantity of smoke.
