Medal "For Voluntary Work Benefiting Socialist Society". - Greg Collins - 03-16-2014 The PSVB (Pomocná Stráž Veřejná Bezpečnost) was the Czechoslovakian equivalent of the USSR "druzshinnik". This medal, on the avers, depicts a citizen shaking hands with a policeman and, on the reverse, bears the legend, "For voluntary work in favor of the Socialist society". I have no document for this and am unsure of the award criteria. |
