Here is the Order Of Freedom 1st Class. Founded in 1945 with each awarded example numbered and dated. This is 1946 #27 (with a replacement suspension). It will be coming up for auction soon with an estimate at just under $4500. The dire financial situation in Russia is not only bringing prices down over the board but also forcing many rare items onto the market. Interesting times for collectors.
