Badge "Excellent In Socialist Competition Of Local And Fuel Industry Ministry LSSR". - Pobeda45 - 08-21-2016
Great design on this one, with early Soviet badge and order influences. Curious to see the long description, abbreviated herein: Latvijas PSR Vietējās un kurināmā rūpniecības ministrija. This is of 1950s vintage.
