Note that the diploma is still printed with MVD egg, as well as the stamp used.

Diploma issued in 1952 to Anna Federovna Kurteeva "for getting high production results in socialist competition" in working in MMKR (машинно-тракторную мастерскую капитального ремонта or machine-tractor workshop overhaul).
This plant, dépendent to the Ministry of Agriculture, is based in Glazov, north of the Udmurt ASSR.

A little question: for me, Udmurt ceased to be an autonomous oblast to become an ASSR in 1934. So, why the title of this diploma, issued in 1955, is delivered by the Udmurt Oblast and not the Udmurt ASSR?
