Years ago when Taz was still around we discussed if there were Soviet personnel awarded with foreigner awards, such as from Angola (my home country by the way) or Angolans awarded with Soviet awards, but neither Taz or me we couldn't find any info so the discussion ended there.
I have a brother working there and have been asking him for info but these young guys don't seem to care about History and awards, I bet he don't even give it a thought the next day after I ask him :(
Anyway, first time I see one of these!
I suppose it's an Angolan Medal, made on the Soviet style, not a Soviet Medal.

Seb, by the way, it's Agostinho Neto, the former leader of MPLA and 1st President after independence. One of my idols during my youth back in those days. ;)

In the front it reads: Camarada Presidente Agostinho Neto (Comrade President Agostinho Neto)
In the back it reads: Partido do Trabalho MPLA (Labour Party MPLA). Well literally it would be Party of the Work, but that seems a bad translation.
