Here is a well worn and crude Volgotanker Pass for the year of 1943 issued to Head Of A Section Of Supply Solovtsov.

Volgotanker was a Collective Company that transported oil from the Caspian along the Volga in Oil Tankers. They were of critical importance during the war, especially during Stalingrad, when this was issued. The company lost 59 tankers during the war with 123 hands.

I wouldn't be surprised if Solovtsov was awarded the Medal "For The Defence Of Stalingrad".
