55th Anniversary Parade Congratulatory Letter.
Here is another forum marketplace purchase. A note "congratulating" a participant of the 55th Anniversary "Victory Parade". There was no official Medal for the 55th Anniversary of Victory but Umalatova pushed one out. It would be interesting to know how many copies of this note were handed out.
