Medal "Championship Of The PMR".

It would seem that the Medal Of Zhukov was not restricted to being awarded only to Veterans as this mutilated example shows.

This "Championship Of The PMR Tiraspol 2003" Medal was awarded for winning the national championship in academic rowing in May 2003.
