What do you think? I don´t understand much of Soviet badge, but they interest me. They are original or fakes ?. Thanks and regards.

Generally speaking, almost all Soviet badges dating before 1960 are being or have been faked, sometimes to very high standards.

About the ones you are showing, the second one looks genuine to me. About the first one, I am not sure. This is a scarce badge which is rarely found in such outstanding condition. Could you post some hi-res scans of the various parts.
