This as far as I know is a Partisan Helpers Badge given to people who gave material aid or shelter to Partisans during the war but who were not otherwise involved in the Czech Partisan movement during the war. Ron |

Star "Partisan Helper".
As an aside, here's my Czech "Friend of Partisans" badge given to people who assisted Partisans. I do not know if this is an official government badge or an organizational one. Any help greatly appreciated!

Re: Star "Partisan Helper".
The Star "Partisan Helper" (Hvězda "Partyzán Pomocník") was founded in 1946 by the "Association Of National Revolution" and is an unofficial award recognising the feats of people that aided the Czechoslovak struggle but not to the extent of being classed as "Partisans".

Hi!
Does anyone know the existence of the box of this badge? I got one with box and miniature and, as I didn´t see anywhere the box, I want to know if it´s good or bad. Thanks! |

Re: Star "Partisan Helper".
Earlier examples came in a felt lined generic card case and later in a plastic case. The shades of the cases vary from burgundy right through to very light red and the felt lining was usually red or black. They are not custom fit cases or anything like that. Just a plain box to present them in.
