Although I don't have this one, and it is the first time I see it, I think it is important:

Naval Flags of the USSR, published in Leningrad 1964.
The Book illustrating 28 flags in full colour of the Soviet maritime forces including naval units of the KGB Border Guards, Command Pennants, and Naval Guard Units. One flag in colour per page with Russian language text on separate pages.
