Jubilee Medal "30 Years Of The Withdrawal Of Soviet Forces From Afghanistan".

Here is the Jubilee Medal "30 Years Of The Withdrawal Of Soviet Forces From Afghanistan" (Юбилейную Медаль «30 лет Вывода Советских Войск Из Афганистана»), which was created by Decree on 16th October 2018. This Medal is awarded to all Belarussian, dead or alive that served in Afghanistan. A total of 28,832 citizens of the Belorussian SSR served in Afghanistan, which is a good gauge of how many were produced.
