Badge "Excellent In The Socialist Competition".

In my opinion, the most beautiful of the republican level badges are the ones awarded for excellence in an industrial cooperative. For some reason, these are always very nice.

This one is for TCCP, if its Tajik or Turkmen I am not sure.
