Badge "Veteran Of The 31st Rifle Division".

Here's one of the more obscure veteran badges from 1975, it's huge!

Full name of this division is "31-я стрелковая Сталинградская Краснознамённая орденов Суворова и Богдана Хмельницкого дивизия," or
"31st Rifle Stalingrad Order of Red Banner Order of Suvorov and Bogdan Khmelnitsky Division."
