Commemorative Badge "8th February".

Here is the Commemorative Badge "8th February". In honour of the pre-1971 date for the founding of the Korean People's Army. Probably dating from the 10th anniversary in 1958. The date system is YYYY-MM-DD so "2.8" looks like August to the rest of the civilised world without including the year.

A rather simple design which is quite usual for earlier Korean production Badges.

It's a KPA sport team badge. You can see stadium rings under the DPRK flag. Now the Army's team is called "4.25"
