The serial number on the OGPW 1st class looks strange and the place is
unusual.

I think the mint mark of the Red Banner 2nd is not right.

Hi,

look also the red star and serial number. Red star himself is clearly much later peace fom the three million range. Original number is polished off and new is engraved.

Whole group is suspicious and strange.
