Interesting little items, they are Jubilee Decorations for Longevity in Mining Industry (Odznaka jubileuszowa Za Dlugoletnia Prace w Gornictwie)

Here is a description of them:

Instituted on November 13, 1954. Conferred in three grades (gilt, silver and bronze) for 50, 35 and 25 years of continuous work in mining industry. The decoration is worn on the right side of chest.

Badge: gilt, silver or bronze medal, 32.5 mm of diameter, showing a miner at work and circumscribed ODZNAKA ZA DLUGOLETNIA PRACE W GORNICTWIE (decoration for long work in mining industry) and the number 50, 35 or 25 respectively, between two small stars. Reverse is plain.
The suspension is in the same color as the medal, with two crossed hammers on it.

There is also a Decoration for Merit in Mining Industry (Odznaka Za Zaslugi dla Gornictwa) which was Instituted on June 22, 1984 in three grades (gold, silver, bronze) to miners and other workers of mining industry, as well as to other individuals who have rendered merit for mining industry.
And a Cross of Oppressed Miners-Soldiers (Krzyz Represjonowanych Zolnierzy-Gornikow) Instituted on April 19, 1997 to give satisfaction to all former soldiers of the so called Mining Army Corps, organized 1949 and dissolved 1959, where young people who were against the communist rule were sent to serve. This cross can be awarded posthumously.
