Red uniform?

Hi guy's ,

here is some thing i saw yesterday.

of course we all know the shoulder boards are made-up.
some of the stuff on it like the collar taps i just have not seen before and doubt if they are original to it.

the tunic it self is bright red, some thing i never saw before either.
maybe because it does simply not exist, maybe it is rare.

1. what can you tell about the tunic.
2. what can you tell about the collar taps.
3. what can you tell about the cuff insignia.
4. what els can you tell about it?

i'm really curious about it

Why spend any time trying to examine this thing. It is a masquerade outfit at best.

well in my eyes it could have been most any thing.

you saw straight away it was nothing to bother.

i didn't know of the existence of a red tunic.

you properly knew there is no such thing.

so although your reaction is short. i learned from it.

Looks like someone at the uniform manufacturing company was having some fun. Marshall embroidery on the collars. Company grade officer epaulets except field grade size stars (and too many at that). The Aeroflot wings on the right chest are a nice touch as well. And then a ribbon bar with WW2 awards...well, I think it's dandy.

My guess is that uniform is a doorman uniform. Color, double-breasted and gold stripes on sleeves are similars as in doorman uniforms.

If I had a jacket like that I'd wear it out to the clubs at night. The chicks would be all over me! :D
