Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Communications Worker" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Baylani's Xi’zmetkeri/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Baylanıs Xızmetkeri /Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Байланыс Хызметкерии).

This Title is the twenty-third highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).
Notice the die break on the coat of arms on the reverse which is a feature of all the Titles issued late in the production run (the same die was used for the reverse of all the Titles so the break is on all of some)

The Title is awarded sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen baylani’s xi’zmetkeri» – baylani’s qurallari’n rawajlandi’ri’w ha’m jetilistiriwde, xali’q xojali’g’i’na ha’m respublika xalqi’na baylani’sti’n’ barli’q tu’rleri menen u’lgili xi’zmet ko’rsetiwdi sho’lkemlestiriwde ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, a’dette keminde 15 ji’l islegen baylani’s xi’zmetkerlerine beriledi."
