Reservists Medal.
The Reservists Medal (Reservisten Medaille) was founded on 8th October 1968 to replace the Reservists Badge. Awarded in three grades (Gold for more than 10 years service, Silver for 2 to 10 years and Bronze for 18 months to 2 years).
Each Medal was issued with a reservists "cloth". Here is the Bronze Medal.
