The Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center was established according to Russian Federation President's decree on June 7, 1993. The Center manufactured all Russian orbital stations (Salyut, Mir and Almaz); all heavy modules docking with orbital stations in orbit; three-seat reentry vehicles; the Zarya functional cargo module for the International Space Station.
