A guide to badges of Soviet headgear 1918 - 1991. Russian text, softbound 56 pages. This book contains photos of over 300 badges as used by the Soviet Armed Forces, Internal Security Forces, Railways, Civil aviation, Merchant fleet, etc.

I highly recommend this book if you collect Soviet hat insignia. Moreover, the back cover indicates that this volume was but one of a planned series devoted to all manner of insignia including collar tabs and epaulets. Does anyone know if any further from this series have been published?

The same thing happened on Stepanov's book on arm insgnia but nothing ever materialised after Volume One...:(

Just wondering if the above question has been answered or if anyone knows? I got the book a couple of weeks ago and lent it to a freind. I was going to try Eastview but do not know the publisher and author...can anybody remind me please?
