Thanks, and like I said, the XXth badge is where my infatuation with these types of badges started. (I think I had better use Alexei's warning word - my "addiction" started with that one.);)
Without actually doing much serious research, I've found sword and shield emblems as far back as the Knights Templar. If I really looked into it, I'm sure it goes back even more. Phillip
