Here is the Medal "National Festival Of Loyalty Of Youth" (전국청소년들의충성의축전). The festival was founded in 1995 so this will date from sometime in the last 20 years. The weight and quality is similar to contemporary Medals but this one is pink. The design features a Kimjongilia.
