Badge "60 Years Of Marikostenska Commune".

The Badge "60th Anniversary Of Marikostenska Commune" is a rather strange Badge as it is misspelled and is supposed to read "Marikostinska". Marikostinovo is a town in Macedonian Bulgaria and as such has a very sensitive and difficult modern history. I believe the Commune may has been set up in 1920 but as for any solid history on it, I just can't find any. A reminder that the Balkan region isn't always black and white and the Macedonian Bulgarians also have a complicated political history.
