Badge Of Distinction "For Service In The Far East".
The Badge Of Distinction "For Service In The Far East" (Знаком Отличия «За Службу На Дальнем Востоке») was founded 1st April 1997 by ministerial decree of the Border Guard Service.
This particular Badge seems to have been made in Sochi, a place we will be hearing lots more of in the future.
