Fatherland Liberation War Memorial Badge.

Here is the Fatherland Liberation War Memorial Badge (조국해방전쟁기념관). At first look it seems that this may be a tourist badge but as it comes in Gold and Silver "Classes" this may very well be an award for aiding in the upkeep of the memorials in Pyongyang as they are in an almost perpetual state of being maintained.

Made of Aluminium and echoing the designs of Commemorative Medals and Badges. Here is Gold.
