Finally i received this paper ribbons under plastic, it's my first and it was very hard to obtain!

My guess would be

Medalla Conmemorativa "50 Anniversario de FAR" with the colors faded or a bit off.

Orders and Medals of the Socialist Cuban Republic

Your first one is still causing me problems though lol.
Although it seems the only match, why is the green faded on that one and not on the others?
Isn't the bar too old to include a relativley recent medal on it?
