Hi Laurent,
I saw those and the various other ones too, hard to say what it could be. The St George and the dragon on the central medallion would seem to indicate some sort of veterans badge for active combat service, just a risky guess right now of course. maybe a russian speaker could try and decipher the writing on the center which i have tried to enlarge. Eddie.

Thanks for the translation :)
So we have a Badge for "Love and Faithfulness to the Fatherland" issued most probably by a veterans commitee and not as described by president Putin. Its not an official issue badge, these are all shown on the government site. I'll keep my eyes open for more info on this one. Best regards Eddie.

A little hard to read but looks like the word Lubov (Love) was written in old Russian, with a 'iat' at the end. Maybe a monarchist badge? Sergei.
