Here's Mikhail, Captain Soviet Air Force. He's wearing the M1949 Transitional uniform. I still need to add the shirt and tie. I also have the trousers but have yet to buy a full size mannequin and shoes.
His Order of Glory, 3rd Class was earned as a Jr.Lt. Enjoy, Doc Last edited by CtahhR; 12-14-2012 at 12:28 AM. |

M1949
Very nice! The M1949 air force uniforms are underappreciated!

Doc,
Glad to see that this uniform found a great new home, and that you are really taking great care of it! By the way, what type of sword is on the wall behind MIkhail? Marc |

Great looking tunic Doc. It looks very good on display: Plus with other parts of your collection in the foto gives us a chance to see some other nice items in your collection. Like Marc mentioned; any information on the blade... Thanks Clete

Meet Mikhail...A work in progress
Thanks to All!!! This Air Force uniform is my favorite. I look forward to putting it on a full size mannequin with shirt, tie & Shoes and socks. As for the Saber...It's a Model 1860 U.S. Cavalry Saber.
Enjoy, Doc |
