Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan People's Performer" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi' Xali’q Baqsi’si’/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikası Xalıq Baqsısı/Қарақалпақстан Республикасы Халық Бақсысы).

This Title is the fifth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’ xali’q baqsi’si’» – baqsi’shi’li’q wo’nerin rawajlandi’ri’w ha’m woni’ u’git-na’siyatlawda ko’p ji’llar dawami’nda do’retiwshilik miynet yetken ha’m xali’q qosi’qlari’n atqari’wdi’n’ sheberliklerin joqari’ da’rejede iyelegen baqsi’larg’a beriledi."

I have only been able to identify Turg’anbay Qurbanov (Ballet dancer), Genjebay Tilewmuratov (Singer), Gu’lbeha’r Axi’mbekova ("Dosli’q" director), Ziyada Kurbanbaevna Sheripova, Head of the Cultural and Sport association "Mu'xalles" (Decree of 31st August 2013, 22nd anniversary of Karakalpakstan - only recipient).
