Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan People's Musician" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi' Xali’q Ji’rawi’/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikası Xalıq Jırawı/Қарақалпақстан Республикасы Халық Жыраўы).

This Title is the sixth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’ xali’q ji’rawi’»- xalqi’mi’zdi’n’ milliy folklorli’q do’retpelerin saqlaw ha’m woni’ u’git-na’siyatlaw, sonday-aq ji’rawshi’li’q wo’nerin rawajlandi’ri’wda ko’p ji’llar dawami’nda do’retiwshilik miynet yetken ji’raw ha’m qi’ssaxanlarg’a beriledi." (Presenting folklore in the form of song amongst other merits)

I have only been able to find a single recipient, Baqbergen Si'ri'mbetov, who is pictured here holding the instrument on the award (a Kobyz).
