Here is the Medal "Mihail Kalashnikov" (Медаль «Михаил Калашников»). Created by Order #221 of 5th April 2014. Awarded to military and civilian personnel of the Armed Forces, as well as employees of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, research, industrial, and scientific and industrial organisations for the distinction in the implementation of innovation in the design, manufacture and commissioning of modern weapons and military techniques.

As "Kalashnikov" is a brand this Medal is extremely heavily faked, as can be expected. Extreme caution needs to be taken by collectors.
