Recent Ebay Dembel

Thought yall might be interested. How the star is affixed is new to me...I never thought it would be riveted like this.

it is not riveted in the sense of a permanent attachment, it looks like a screw back just like the rank stars. Just my two cents. it is a cool looking piece though!

I just checked and it is indeed a screwback star. Learn something new everyday :)

This attachment is quite common. It´s a rank star for a shoulderboard. Stars could be attached with prongs or with a small nut like the one you show in the pic.
