OPW 1st class group

I don't like the entries. Why would the ink have faded everywhere except on the serial numbers?

I don't like the fact that the inks and handwriting are different for the awards above, then the dates below - not a deal killer, but wierd.

Then, when I checked the numbers on my data base, the decorations were from different fronts - 1 Ukrainian (or 2 Baltic since the # is on an award bloc "seam"), 1 Belorussian, and 2 Belorussian. Three of the awards were awarded by the 2 Belorussian, so some of these could, actually belong to one person. As I've said before, this wide array of fronts is a possibility, but not a high probability of being awarded to one person.

Finally, according to the booklet the recipient was earning awards in some capacity (soldier/officer?) as early as '43, then 15 years later in '58 he is still a captain. Not impossibile, but an awfully long time to only make it as high as captain.

The 15 years irreproachable service medal has the ribbon for the 10 year medal. See pictures below.
