Greetings, Gentlemen of the forum,

Now I show a NKVD tunic; Commisar General of State Security.

Photos are very poor I understand. I, do not buy digital camera but I will soon.

I am happy to share this tunic with men of the forum.

Accounts of a collar, and a sleeve Star. See that sign of NKVD is larger than a normal sign.

This tunic if of 1938r.

Here is one that was up for auction a few years ago, but the price was not reasonable ( would still not be reasonable). This is a mundir ( tunic), but same rank.

Both are just great tunics. It would be great to have the two models on display side by side. Alas if we could only collect it all...

I have other Marshal tunic. I will show other here to keep order within a theme of NKVD.

Thank you DougD for photos of Commissar General tunik. Of course your is style of the 1940 uniform having no outside upper pockets no button on pocket coverings. Here is example of 1938r so we can see difference.
