Sold for $99.00 .

Looks authentic, but if you think about it, it is so fency, with gold letters etc.

I thought about bidding, but then who knows what's inside, coule be some worthless paperwork, so to pay $100 just for the fancy folder wasn't appealing to me.

It is not a KGB file on a citizen, it is a personnel file for a KGB employee. It is a blank example. I have one for the army but not for the KGB.

I think it is genuine.
