Here is the Badge "Bulgarian Constructor U.S.S.R. Zheleznogorsk Kursk Magnetic Anomaly". It is yet unknown if this is an award of the Ministry Of Construction or an identification whilst working in the Soviet Union. A good number of Bulgarians working for the Ministry Of Construction were deployed to work on large projects in the Soviet Union.
