Badge "Builder Of Tashkent".
Here is the Badge "Builder Of Tashkent". It was created to award workers that rebuilt the city after the devastating earthquake of 1966. With the very prominent mint mark on the back it is a sign of real quality. Some of the roses were enamelled red but I'm a "white rose" person myself.
