Identification For Rights Of Benefits.

Here is a Veteran's rights Identification issued only 18 days into the Republic Of Moldova by the town of Bălți to Mihail Gerasimovich P'jankov. Very obviously old stock as there would have been a vast surplus of these and no time to print any new ones or even get a new rubber stamp.
