Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Arts Performer" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Ko’rkem O’ner G’ayratkeri/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Ko’rkem O’ner G’ayratkeri/Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Көркем Өнер Ғайраткери).

This Title is the eighth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).
Notice the die break on the coat of arms on the reverse which is a feature of all the Titles issued late in the production run (the same die was used for the reverse of all the Titles so the break is on all of some)

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen ko’rkem wo’ner g’ayratkeri» -joqari’ ko’rkem shi’g’armalar do’retken, a’debiyat ha’m ko’rkem wo’nerdi rawajlandi’ri’wda, respublikada do’retiwshilik kadrlari’n tayarlaw ha’m ta’rbiyalawda xi’zmetleri bar -rejisserlarg’a, kompozitorlarg’a, dirijerlarg’a, baletmeysterlerge, muzi’kali’q, xor, ayaq woyi’n ha’m basqa da ko’rkem wo’ner ja’ma’a’tlerinin’ basshi’lari’na, ma’deniyat ha’m ko’rkem wo’ner woqi’w wori’nlari’ni’n’ woqi’ti’wshi’lari’na, su’wretlewshilik wo’neri, bezew, nag’i’s woyi’w, gilem toqi’w ha’m xali’q do’retiwshiliginin’ basqa da tu’rleri boyi’nsha ayri’qsha belgili shi’g’armalar do’retken xali’q sheberlerine beriledi."
