His 19th September 1966 dated Military identification (For Reserve Officers) is very insightful. A Commander, Section Head and Military Commissar with experience on the front as an artillery battery commander....

A 19th October 1966 notice from the Assistance Committee Of The Regional Military Commissariat Named Ordzhonikidze. A 20th September 1968 dated Jubilee Medal "50 Years Of The Armed Forces Of The U.S.S.R." from the same RMC.

A 15th November 1971 issued Ministry Of Auto-Transport GSSR document identifying Lobzhanidze as a Senior Engineer Of Personnel.
A 2nd October 1974 issued document identifying Lobzhanidze as a team (of three) leader with the right to inspect Tbilisi City Auto-Transport projects until the end of the year.

Sverdlov "special events" of January 1976. Lobzhanidze will have needed some entertainment whilst being treated at the far-from-home Sanatorium.
